no bond to XO, there is a ground wire that goes to the frame from the Wye panel, along with the grounging electrode conductor and a ground from the Delta panel. Since we corner grounded the Delta
Colud the ground from the Wye panel act like a bond and /or throw off the harmonics on the Wye side since the grounds and neutrals are common in the WYE panel ?
