I have been invited to bid on a small job for the TSA at a small airport. I'm guessing it will be a half day job. Now normally I would have no problem pricing this, but since it involves state and federal agencies, I have no idea what to expect for paperwork requirements, security checks, prevailing wages, etc.....
Has anyone had experience with this and all the hidden things needed to complete the work and get paid?
