Has anyone heard about this or bought one?

This is a new tool we found in the 1/09 version of the Electrical Contractor magazine and we're wondering if anyone has anything good or bad to say about it before we think of purchasing one.

Looks pretty cool, never seen it. We set mostly DB poles so why bother.
