Have you ever had this happen?

I now open boxes that are strapped shut. After purchasing a new faucet, and then discovering someone had slipped the bands off and put their old broken one inside the new box, I cut open everything. You have to love the dishonest...creative they may be, but dishonest they are.

As mad as I am about paying big bucks for a stacker switch I am even more mad when I get it to the job and it is the old used one that doesnt work and have to return it. Mad Cow Disease. Stacker style.

You have to love them even more if the store personnel suspects you are attempting to do the same thing.

I learned a long time ago to check every ballast for 'virgin' wire tips. I've opened more than one to fint already-spiraled wires.
