I do my payroll through Quickbooks, and it sends me reminders ten days or so before any tax is due, and then alerts me the day before and the day they are due if I haven't paid them yet.

Quickbooks is a pretty good and inexpensive accountant. You still need someone for the things it does not do, maybe only a couple times a year though, and someone to see that what it does do is correct. You can configure Quickbooks to track certain things the wrong way and never know you are doing it wrong.
