Hello...first time post because I can't get any help from Eaton through their local representatives. Phone calls haven't worked either.
I work for a local school district. Clipper systems were installed in our Technical Academy in 2010. By 2018, they were failing. I
tried to initiate a warranty claim by contacting Jeff Clark, our local representative. That didn't work. He wouldn't return phone calls
and if he did happen to visit me, he had no answers or the wrong parts. Now I'm stuck in this revolving door of "call your local rep."
from Eaton corporation and no phone call back from Jeff when I do. This is sad. You would think they would be willing to step up
to assist a local school district. Not only is it the right thing to do, but the "optics" for them makes it a win. Still, all I get is silence....
and my clipper systems are still down. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Getting a lawyer involved, even if just to write a letter of intent to sue at first, will let them know you're not going to give up.

Agreed - school districts I am familiar with have counsel on retainer anyway just for stuff like this.

Are these things still under warranty? I took a quick peek in one of the manuals in the indicated a 10-year warranty. It also had a procedure for dealing with warranty issues that did not involve going through any kind of local agent. I would be inclined to look in the instruction manual for whatever product has failed and follow the warranty procedure outlined there. I think you will have much better luck doing that than trying to go around the system.
