What is the correct size heat shrink for knob and tube wiring? Can someone please send a link to the listed "loom" used?

Thank you
Remember knob and tube parts (other than conductors) don't need to be listed, just approved.
As I mentioned in the other thread if the rubber insulation is OK you can use the sheath of NM cable to sleeve the wire from the last knob to the box. If the insulation is cracked then heatshrink.
I use a sleeve for each conductor just like they did with the loom.
See also article 394. and 394.19(B) in particular.

Here is an example of a knob and tube repair, normally it just gets replaced, but in this case it was tiled in and only shared with one other outlet.
K&T was going into separate Ko's unbushed and a metal box.
I removed the metal box and could feel the last knobs in the wall.
Then I sleeved each wire with some 14/2 sheath and installed a new plastic box.
Then I used wago's to add pigtails to the GFCI.

I've used the inline ideal wagos for. This type of repair too. Those bite reao well in this situation.

I can't tell you how much I love when people do expensive renovations over 100 year old plumbing and electrical. Ive had so many female relatives and their brain dead husbands, ignore my advise not to do it, and then a few years later get mad at me when I tell them there is no way I can fix it.

I've had it be remodeling before fixing foundation or structural issues too. Then when a couple years later when I have to jack up the house and fix it before it falls in, they get mad at me because their kitchen cabinets they just had put in don't close right

There's almost always more to the story. Went to install some grab bars at my mother's house a couple weeks ago and ended up just short of gutting the shower :)

Or, the text I got last night from a friend I help out once in awhile starts with "SOS. My computer...". I've been telling her for 2 years now she's one step from disaster, but also bailing her out successfully. One of these times it won't happen.

BTW, Wagos are great especially when dealing with old and brittle insulation. The less manipulation of the wire the better.
