You need more info.....There is Tstat controled, self regulating....also need to know how many feet and the wattage per ft required so you can detirmine circuit requirements.......will it be spiral wrap or applied straigt......you'll need termination kits and ends...bla dont get caught deciding how much wattage to apply, you could be responsible for a freeze up, if it not right....

make them spec it out....
 
Never mind I think I will just exclude them they didn't give enough info. It just say to heat trace where it is in unheated space.
