No, 220.51 requires a 100% rating for feeders and services. Maybe you're thinking of 6 or more pieces of commercial kitchen per 220.56?

Common sense says no.
It is an entirely reasonable assumption that in cold weather, and especialy after a weekend, that all heating equipment would be in use at the same time.
Probably wont happen very often, but even a few times a year is too often if it trips the main or feeder.
