Helipad Grounding

I haven't found much information about a grounding loop for a hospital Helipad. Can someone, point me to the right place to find information? is it necessary to have a ground loop around it? there should be some air static discharge we need to dissipate I would think. Thank you all

I would think it's not required unless aircraft fueling is being performed.

On the one hand, that's probably an FAA question. OTOH, if there isn't a vapor barrier between the concrete/asphalt and the dirt, it's pretty well grounded already.

It seems to me that a helipad would have engineered drawings associated with it that would indicate whatever requirements there are.
