Help calculating panel capacity

I have 320A service (derated 400A panel)

There is a 200A breaker protecting a 200A sub-panel powering the house

As well as an additional 150A breaker protecting the main panel.

Here are the things I have/want to have on the main panel:

40A breaker - 8.16kw solar

50A breaker - Nema 13-50 plug for charging at 40A

50A breaker - Hot Tub (4000w heater (17A )+ 2.5hp motor (12A))

60A breaker - Hard wired Tesla car charger for 48A charging.

Can the main panel support the above? I can eliminate the secondary charger on the Nema 13-50 but would prefer not to.
