I'm closing out a project - a change in design required me to have someone go in and add some 3" conduit runs. Make the story short - he didn't use RT fittings. All the wire was pulled, hooked up and we are closing out and caught the problem. ANYONE got an idea or a product that will allow me to go back and make those fittings RT - without having to pull the wire, break down those runs and replace those fittings?

You may wish to research Split Couplings. I've used them on PVC and GRC, however no sure if they make one for EMT. Plus the fact they must be rain tight may hinder you also.
Try Arlington's web site.
