Help! Electrical Estimating Pal book for Montana Master Exam

Wanting to take the Montana master exam. One of the reference books listed to be used on the test is Electrical Estimating Pal by Paul Rosenberg. I can not locate a copy anywhere on the internet. Ive tried everything. Does anyone have a copy I could purchase or point me to someone that has one? Thanks in advance.

Actually I should clarify, I found 1....the one you listed....at $399.....which is not in the same stratosphere of what it list at...my apologies
