Thank you for the welcome! And for the help.

I saw the Sq-D, but I don't know if they are XO, QO or another style. Possible to tell from what's showing?

It is a very old QO panel. Note how the breakers do not have the VISI-Trip window. I would date it from the early '60s.
It is a split bus panel, so there are several main breakers. The cabinet may not be wide, so the GFI might be a tight fit.

XO breakers do not look like 'modern' breakers. They look like they were designed back in the '40s.
I want to say their cabinets were brownish, but it is hard to remember.

X0 single pole breakers were narrower than modern breakers, the tell-tale sign was that the handle was the same width as the entire breaker, even for 2 pole breakers, vs the Q0 where the handle is narrower than the breaker and the same size whether it's 1 or 2 poles.

Older pre-X0 breakers (pre-war) were brown bodies with black handles, totally different looking format called a "Multi-Breaker, MO4.

Your panel is definitely Q0
