Help me get my head around these transformers

Electrician her and I’m a little out of my wheelhouse when it comes to funky voltages

I get the regular 120/240-120/208-277/480 in the US

I got some different transformers than I’m use to on my current project

I have 240 corner grounded,240 center tapped which I understand

I have a transfer bank with 600v primary
