Help wiring ansul relays for food truck

I am building a food truck, actually a trailer, and the electrician that was doing the job is now quarantined. He sent me this drawing in order to do it myself, I am having trouble understanding what all connection points to make, I have one exhaust hood, one exhaust hood light circuit, two receptacle circuits under the hood. There is no positive air.

The relays RIB2401B, can someone please tell me exactly how to wire this and connect to the micro switch feeds that the fire protection contractor left for me please.



My inspection is Wednesday, this is the only item left
