Help with CFL lumens

I'm looking at at a 65W triple tube CFL lithonia bulb and it's saying that the output is 300 lumens. If I go to a 13W CFL it's telling me that the light output is equal to a 60W incadescent(approx 600 lumens). Is this a misprint,wouldn't you figure that the 65WCFL would be 5X the lumens than the 13CFL?

If it's the one I'm thinking of, it isn't self ballasted and it should read 3000 lumens, not 300. Do you have manufacturer associated numbers?
