Here is what I plan on doing.

I have a 2" U/G conduit to an outbuilding.

I will have 3 feeder conductors for a 100 amp sub feed (3 THWN-2).I will have 2 travelers and a switch leg (12thwn)for one fixture controlled from outbuilding and house both.

I will have 1 neutral, 1 switch leg, 1 power , and 2 travelers(12thwn) for another fixture controlled from outbuilding and house both.

Do I figure all 8 of the number 12 as ccc's, or just 6?

If 6, that will make a total of 9 ccc's and I can use 70% for deration.

That will give me 91 amps on the #3's and 21 amps on the #12's.

Is this correct?

Thanks.

This is from the note 1 to Table 310.15(B)(3)(a):

Number of conductors is the total number of conductors in the race-
way or cable, including spare conductors. The count shall be adjusted
in accordance with 310.15(B)(5) and (6). The count shall not include
conductors that are connected to electrical components but that cannot
be simultaneously energized
