Generally the H leads are your higher voltage terminals and the X leads are your lower voltage terminals regardless of which is used as the "primary" or "line" side and which is used as the "secondary" or "induced" side (step-up v. step-down).
I am confused as to how you have lower voltage feeding the H terminals and a higher voltage coming out of the X terminals. This seems backwards to me...
