Is there a limit to the size of a hermetic motor/compressor or the OCPD for it? I had a test question that ask for it, all available answers where 65A and down. It was a vague question, so must be geared towards the motor itself.

I've personally put in 50 horsepower hermetic motor-compressors that operated on 208. That's way more than 65 amps.

I never found the answer, maybe I mis-read the question.
Is there anything that would limit the size except for 440.55, cord and plug was not specified i the question.
BTW this was the ICC journeyman test.
