Here is an image similar to what I want to end up with. This is a Hi-pot testing station with many different NEMA locking plugs and connectors setup so that the battery of tests (AC withstand, DC withstand, Insulation resistance, Continuity, and Polarity) can be performed no matter the combination.
My own hi-pot station is a single 5-15r in which i have to make an adapter for anything other than that.
Just putting a feeler out there to see if there happen to be any hi-pot guru's out there. I know that i have to get a switch matrix to handle the amount of connections. I would like to streamline the companies testing and quality control dept. Any advice on who I should contact or what they would do different than what they see in the image would be a big help, Thanks in advance to all.
