has anyone ever heard of hid type light bulbs that have 2 filaments inside. When one burns out the other lites up automaticly . if antone has heard of them, let me know what type and the name . thanks

Yes, they are called "standby" lamps. A technical correction - they have two arc tubes, not filaments.
