High bay disconnects

Is there still a requirement for a disconnect for the new LED high bay fixtures like the UFO style that are popular now? We got a new Lithonia fixture package for a business and it does not come with the incorporated quick disconnects within the fixture junction and so I was wondering if I need to install a twist lock in the four square box feeding the fixture. A code reference would be nice as well. Thanks all

Read what it says and see if your fixture qualifies. Is the lamp double ended?

I believe 410.62 is likely to require the entire fixture to be cord & plug so the ballast disconnect question may be moot.
