That sounds like it's from a load you should be able to isolate.
Or perhaps there's an HVAC issue, like a clogged or loose duct.

An obvious that hadn't been answered was questioned by @Dennis Alwon "Is there an underground feed after the meter?"
Seen damaged underground service feeder post meter that leaking current into soil that caused a significant increase in the electric bill usage, even if the main breaker inside structure is off. (Part of reason our poco up here wants metering as close to the utility side as possible. Customer pays for leakage not POCO.)
