High ceiling recessed lights

Looking for suggestions on what other contractors use for 6" recessed can lights . Lamps/ retrofit trims.in high ceilings.

Residential construction. 14-20' heights.

I don't consider 20' to be a high ceiling. I use the standard stuff on that.

And I use the LED kits commonly found at the local big box stores unless I have enough lead time to order it on Amazon.

It is in a dwelling, but still not high enough to absolutely force one to use of something different than what you typically would use on "normal height" dwelling ceilings;)
