I don't think that this is the thing to do. If one wants to know what's eat'n the internal components of the copper piping get the water checked for mineral content.
Yes there are things that could well be in the water that will cause a degrading of the pipings.
The water drawn needs to be treated to neutralized the other elements that are in the water. Since well water heat pumps by design don't lend themselfs to any water treatment this application is also mute. IE they don't day tank the drawn water, they want the instance cool or heating properties that are gained from drawing the water.
In commercial draws of well water, its a closed system, it's EPA regulated and no treatment of the water is allowed.
If the copper is faulting as it was manufactured it is just that.
There is no corrective measure to a processed alloy or compound metal its right or not right to it's desire specification or obtainable level of performance, that's why there are ASTM Spec's, ANSI Spec's, etc, etc.
What ever your local expression for is snake oil, this is it. JMO.
