Looking for pros and cons of hi-pot vs Meggar..I've done both. My experience is Hi-pot is basically destrutivte testing if it fails, meggar is not.
I'm talking about medium voltage cables with semiconductor and drain. for a test subject i would also include Bus and switches in the test.
Any advice/input would be appreciated
