Historical electrical code question: 1995

Dedicated circuit is permitted but not required.

The range hood is not permitted on a SABC though.

Is that today's code, or 1995?

Somewhere along they allowed a dedicated 15 amp circuit to feed a refrigerator, but other that the requirements have not changed since then.

NEC sees the dedicated branch circuit in areas covered by SABC rules to be additional SABC's

You must have at least two SABC's, but you can have as many as you want after two. Each one will add 1500 VA to your load calculation.
