Wouldn't mind knowing a bit more about 400hz systems,,,,,is it true that a person is unlikely to substain a lethal shock from 400hz?

I have installed some large 400hz systems for Cray computers 1500kw generators ,parallel 750kva ups' parallel 750kva motor generators.
