In my new jurisdiction there are Home Days ansd two other events that last for two days at which booths are set-up and lights are added. There are two #12's THHN conductors run thru the booths, attached to knobs, at about 6'6" to which lights are attached. Would this fall under Festoon Lighting (between two points), Open Conductors (which should be at 10 ft), or Temporary Installations? I don't like the set-up but want to be sure since I am new in the city. Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks.
