Homeline plug in ready neutral panel

My question is , can I use a regular homeline breaker in it ? Or can I use combination of regular and their new plug in ready breaker.
 
Yes. The difference is in the plug-in ready breakers. They're designed to attach directly to the neutral bar. You'll notice there's neutral terminals 'missing' to accomodate the breaker connection.

Non-plugin-ready breakers install just like they always have.
