I thought I'd pick on your conference room Bob. All those little plastic chair wheels rolling across those 1/2" grout lins? What's that gonna sound like if everybody at the table has to move over one position?

Well, alright, but the wheels could get clogged up with carpet fuzz. And if one or two wheels aren't moving like the rest of 'em those chairs can be pretty difficult to maneuver.
