Horizontal distance between underground conduit and building foundation

Hi guys, we need to run the underground electrical conduits along the building in the alley. Is there any specific horizontal distance required between the underground conduits/trench and the building foundation wall?

The NEC doesn't specify any particular dimension when run along the foundation. Table 300.5 would dictate the burial depth.

Not an NEC issue. Possibly (probably) a city ordinance/ setback issue.

Many commercial buildings have 0 setback requirements, and most alleys are public right of way, so at the very least, an encroachment permit would be required, and more than likely, private confits and upping would be prohibited in the public right of way.
