Medical office building with MRI, CT rooms, will hospital graded cables and receptacles be required in these type of rooms per NEC?

NEC 517 as I considered those rooms will have patients but they won't lay on "real patient bed", so hospital graded outlets are not be required but sounds likes hospital graded cables may???

Since they are considered treatment rooms, yes. But keep in mind that MRI and CT rooms will be designed by the equipment manufacturer so there may not even be receptacles in those rooms. Even though your prints say MRI and CT room, you have to defer to the drawings provided by the equipment manufacturer's engineers for any work that you may be able to do.

See 517.13(A) for raceway or sheath requirements, and no, HG recepts are not required in these rooms.

Can MC cable be used for room lighting circuit or have to use with HG cable?

Receptacles, no.

Cables - you can always run raceways that are permitted in 517, with a wire EGC installed.

Does not answer the question.

Cables, yes. Receptacles, no. But keep in mind that HG receptacles are just heavy-duty commercial grade and aren't much more expensive. So installing HG receptacles in all spaces except offices, meeting rooms and lobbies is probably a good choice. You would have to install TR in lobbies and meeting rooms.
