Hospitals receptacles exemption from common Disconnect 210.7

I remember bringing this issue up before some time ago. I was wondering was there a change in the new code yet or is it just local amendments that exempt hospitals from the 2020 NEC 210.7 Multiple branch circuits disconnect for the same yoke for receptacles that come from isolation panels in operating rooms?

I still have not seen a 4 pole handle tie, and in most cases you would not want to use them in operating room circuits for isolation panels. If there is no exemption then its time to push for another code change.

I am not aware of any change for that.
If you think a change is needed, you will probably have to start with NFPA 99 as that committee has purview over hospital electrical systems.
