Hot tub disconnect

Would someone be so kind and point out where in 680 states the requirements for the disconnect for a Hot tub. I cannot believe I cant find it.
 
I think you meant 680.41. However, that's not a disconnect, it's a motor stop switch. The disconnect removes power, the emergency stop only needs stop the pumps from running (in the case of something like hair entanglement). The emergency stop is not required for single-family residential use

No I meant to reference 680.40 as that pulls in part I which pulls in 680.13
 
680.13 specifically says "pool, spa, fountain or hot tub", so being pulled in by 680.40 was even redundant as far as this requirement is concerned.

Yeah I was just pointing it out because when dealing with a hot tub or 'spa' allot of people flip to part 4 of 680 and forget part 1 or they think part 1 is just for pools.
680.40 is really intended to exempt spas from the other requirements of 680 in sections 2,3 and 5-8
