Hot Tub GFCI

If the hot tub has its own self contained GFCI breaker, does the breaker in the panel that feeds the hot tub need to be a GFCI breaker also?

From what I can tell from 680.44 it does require a GFCI breaker in the panel.
 
680.44 (A) If so marked, a listed self contained unit or listed packaged equipment assembly that includes integral GFCI protection for all electrical parts within the unit or assembly (pumps, air blowers, heaters, lights, controls,etc......Shall be permitted without additionalGFCI protection. Also, read (B) and (C)......05' NEC
