Hot tub wiring issue

Have installed the 60 amp 2-pole at the main box and need to run about 100' to the sub-panel/hot tub disconnect (again, 60 amp...gfci). Plan on using #6-3 wire. The pump is 4.5 horse powe, 33 amps I think, and the heater is 5.5 kw, again, 33amps. The manufacturer calls for 50 amp breakers and 6-3 wire, but 100' seems a bit sketchy. Oppinions?
