Hotel Closet Housing Telco EQ

Hello All, I'm working at this hotel and there is a room on every floor housing some telco EQ. I would like to run a 200A service to the roof and would like to use these rooms as a chase and running through them with some EMT. Can't find any codes that would prevent me from doing this. Has anybody heard why I wouldn't be able to do this? Reference code please if possible.

Your just running conduit risers up through the Telcom closet? No issue NEC with that.
