I recieved an email from an employment staffer trying to recruit J-men to the Houston area for work. Has ANY one elase recieved this or another email? Either way, what is your opinion and would you go? (Houston is 7 hrs from home)

If I had the oportunity I'd jump at it. It would be rewarding to be part of getting that mess back in order.

Quite a mess down there, they do need the help.

hey be careful man - these things bring out the worst in some people - DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON YOUR CONTRACTOR!! if your going to work for a one man shop that became a 35 man shop overnight or a small contractor from somewere else that just got a state license ..... you might not get paid
 
Hurricane Ike has affected a lot of people and they need a lot of help. Someone has to get the word out to qualified electricians and direct them to local electrical contractors whether that be a local union or somebody else.
