That is a crappy place for the ovens in my humble opinion,.. and it almost looks like there is a violation on the counter to the right, where the basket is???
 
for a 6 mill home that is a very poorly laid out kit. Not user friendly at all. The person that designed this has no kitchen experiance at all. I had the pleasure of being a chef for 8 years or so and this kit is not laid out right. What a long walk from the fridge to the sink and could the hood be any higher? That island is wayyy to big for the amount to people it sits.

probably so. that was 10 years ago. do you remember what the average house was selling for 10 years ago compared to today?

the land is what drives the price so high. these are on sea island, GA, which is a very exclusive place. also where they had the G8 summit a couple of years ago.

this home is in the same area and is $2.4M. does it look like one??

yeh i had to upgrade to two as well. the manual dishwasher i started out with just completely quit on me, and raised hell about getting an automatic one. i lost some really valuable cabinet space over that. :D
