I inherited 1-1/2" EMT conduit 55' long with 25 pcs 12 AWG thhn conductors in commercial kitchen remodel. How can I use those conductors?
I searched forum and it turned out that for motors with fla less than 45% circuit ampacity and pretty much it.
Do you have any other ideas?
from Table 310.15(B)(2)(a) for 21-30 conductors I have to derate them to 45%.

Thank you in advance.

The derating is for CCC's not all conductors although in your case it probably won't matter. If running additional conduit isn't an option then I would use the 1.5" EMT to run a feeder to a new panel.

Great idea with sub panel but not practicable in my restaurant.
How about using them for hardwired appliances 9 amps or less?
2 for ansul relay switching? I know that is not CCCs but may violate 725 that nobody enforces here.

or I will just use 9 conductors and leave the rest as spares.

You can use up to 20 of them as CCC's if you put 'em on 15A breakers.

My thought too but is there much use for a 15 amp circuit in a commercial kitchen?
General use receptacles, perhaps some powering only one small appliance each. How many 120V appliances come with 20A plugs? 20 CCC's at 15A will deliver substantially more power than 9 at 20A.
