Curious, did you get to actually read the amendment or was it verbal only?

This was a law in the mental health code area or it was some other 'inmate's rights' issue. I didn't really care for the exact details, I sold them nylon plates instead of traditional metal and plastic ones and called it a day.

There's a phsyc ward south of me i did work in years ago , the security to simply gain access was a huge pita ~RJ~

The reason I asked is that many of these rules are often misinterpreted by administrators and such.

What are patents allowed to have that's less dangerous than a cover plate? A phone with a charger has Glass and wire.
