How close can a generator inlet be to a water spigot ?

Any restrictions on how close a generator inlet outside can be to a water spicket ? This one would be about 3”. Not beside it but above and to the side of it. The bottom corner of box would be 3” from the top of spicket. Thanks!

I’ll just j box it then conduit up to the inlet to get it higher. Thanks

Access to the water spicket would be the only concern.

I agree the inlet and the spigot can be right next to each other. Mine are about 6" apart.

I do not think there is any code reason to worry.

There may be practical reasons why you would want to not have them this close though.
