Should we follow NEC table 300.5 table 3 - second row rule (in trench below 2 in thick or concrete or equivalent) to bury electrical duct bank with PVC-40 conduits? i.e. bury duct bank 12" from grade to top row of conduits because the typical elec. duct bank will have min. 3" concrete around conduits.
