How do I determine if a new circuit breaker will fit into an existing panelboard?

I have an existing Powell Industries Inc. 100A, 120/208V, 3 PH, 4 W, Type NLAB panel. It's got 18 circuits, with circuit # 14 as a spare.

Circuits 16 and 18 are currently occupied with a 2-pole GE breaker. Due to equipment upgrades, we'll be swapping out the 2-pole breaker and the spare with a 3-pole breaker.

How do I determine that the 3-pole breaker will fit into these three adjacent circuit locations? The existing 2-pole breaker is a 30A GE issue no. RT-693, Type THQB, HACR Type E-11592, 60/75 deg C, wire CU/Al, interrupting rating 10kA, 120/240 VAC CTL. Will any ol' 30A 3-pole GE breaker work here?
