In 70e safety program how would qualified workers of different levels of electrical skills be classified so others would know what they are able to do ? Is it in their ppe or some other recognizable means ?
Also if 70e is about electrical safety how does their skill level in electrical work come into play within 70e?
We have electricians and the qualified workers here.
Thank you to anyone who can answer any of these 3 questions.

A worker is qualified on a task by task basis. Their skill or education level does not come into play.
 
Some companies have different degrees of QW like working up to 230v panels and the higher voltage will go to the more expierence worker. That's all I have on that.
