How long will it take?

without going into I have a 5300sqft office buildingwith a 600a service- 2 200apanels near mdp, elevator 30' away, aprox 50 luminaires with occ.sensors(whatever the hell those are), and 50 general purpose receps, fire alarm- 20 devices.

conduit for home runs, mc for branch wiring

I am guesstamating 6-8 weeks.
Am i off?

Well your going to have to if you want a estimate from us. Floor boxes, power poles, modular furniture or heaven forbid a designer involved?

Your on the conservative side IMO. But this of coarse depends on the GC and other subs, do you know these guys?

Also, if you can get away with it, put in your proposal that the OS's are supplied by others and will be installed at default settings. This will save you call backs and headaches.
