Actually, it is VA and not W, small difference but a difference nevertheless. Your answer is correct unless it is for a dwelling and then the number is unlimited. :smile:

I think you also need to reread that particular FAQ again. The answer "13" is not necessarily correct, as a case can be made that the receptacle count per circuit in commercial is also unlimited. This is discussed in the threads cited by the FAQ.
