Isn't there estimating books or software that give this info? Seems like a lot of info for someone to answer...

The biggest cost will likely be the excavation and back fill for the duct bank. Also what type of raceway is being used? PVC will be substantially cheaper than rigid.
What is going into those ducts? If they are power circuits, given the number ducts in some of the banks, someone needs to take a good look at the conductor ampacity because of the mutual heating effect.

I see you are estimator 101.....estimating 101 says you take off 245' of 9-5"/2-3", spacers, concrete, rebar, pull tape, etc.....apply your labor, expenses, taxes, overhead/profit.
THAT is estimating 101. Why would you come here to ask what others would charge?
Welcome to estimating 101.....lol

Yes, depending on a number of factors, that number might not be out of line.
A few years ago, I had to bid duct banks at a state owned maintenance facility with multiple buildings separated by 1/4 to 3/4 mile. I had it at about $385k and I was astonished.

It really made me appreciate how somebody could come up with $20-40 million bids on big projects
